Where the SV-P1 fits
A single pan-tilt camera is the simplest way to watch a yard that has no mains power and no Wi-Fi. You fix it to a pole or wall, fix the panel where it gets sun, put a data SIM in it and pair it with the app by scanning a QR code. When the motion sensor or human detection fires, the phone gets an alert and you can turn the camera to follow what is happening.
This is the camera type most often listed on Kenyan, Nigerian and Ghanaian marketplaces, so buyers recognise it and resellers can sell it without much explanation.
Why the separate panel matters
Cameras with the panel built into the housing have to be mounted where the sun is. The best place to watch a gate is often under a roof edge or on the shaded side of a pole. The SV-P1’s 5 W panel is on a cable, so the camera can sit where it sees the most and the panel where it charges the most.
The 7,800 mAh pack carries the camera through nights and cloudy days. The factory rates standby at up to three months with no sun; heavy live viewing uses the battery much faster, which is why the SIM card guide recommends recording to the SD card and watching live when an alert comes in.
Selling the SV-P1 as a reseller
Each unit ships with the panel, bracket, screws and a quick start in English. Cartons carry the band version and the IMEI, which matters in Nigeria, where SIM-enabled devices must be registered before sale. Does the SV-P1 need Wi-Fi?
No. It connects through a 4G data SIM. There is also a Wi-Fi version of the same body, which we quote on request.
Will it work with Safaricom, MTN or Airtel?
It works when the camera has the band version for your country and the SIM has data. Tell us the country and network when you order and we ship the matching version.
What is the minimum order?
